The Construction Craft Laborer program is a two-year curriculum designed to introduce learners to a variety of trades, including carpentry, masonry, ironworking, electrical, welding, and heavy equipment. This NCCER-certified program equips students with the foundational skills and knowledge needed to contribute safely and effectively on any job site.
 

NCCER Certification

The National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) is recognized by the construction industry as the standard for training, assessment, certification, and career development for construction and maintenance craft professionals. This program's NCCER curriculum ensures that students receive industry-standard education and credentials.

 

RTI Compliance

This program fulfills the Related Technical Instruction (RTI) requirements set by the Delaware Department of Labor (DOL) for apprenticeship. The RTI classes offer systematic instruction designed to provide apprentices with the theoretical and technical knowledge essential to their occupation.
