The Electronic Systems Technician (EST) program is a three-year curriculum designed to prepare learners for a career in this highly in-demand field. The NCCER-certified program places a strong emphasis on installing and troubleshooting telecommunications, security, and fire alarm systems. This four-level curriculum complies with the U.S. Department of Labor's standards for apprenticeship programs, ensuring that students are trained to meet industry requirements and standards.

 

NCCER Certification

The National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) is recognized by the construction industry as the standard for training, assessment, certification, and career development for construction and maintenance craft professionals. This program's NCCER curriculum ensures that students receive industry-standard education and credentials.

 

RTI Compliance
This program fulfills the Related Technical Instruction (RTI) requirements set by the Delaware Department of Labor (DOL) for apprenticeship. The RTI classes offer systematic instruction designed to provide apprentices with the theoretical and technical knowledge essential to their occupation.
