The Pipefitting program is a four-year comprehensive curriculum designed to prepare learners for careers as skilled pipefitters. This NCCER-certified program covers essential concepts related to the installation and repair of high- and low-pressure pipe systems used in various industries, including:

  • Manufacturing
  • Electricity Generation
  • Heating and Cooling of Buildings

The four-level Pipefitting curriculum complies with the U.S. Department of Labor's standards for apprenticeship programs, ensuring that students receive industry-standard training and credentials.

 

NCCER Certification

The National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) is recognized by the construction industry as the standard for training, assessment, certification, and career development for construction and maintenance craft professionals. This program's NCCER curriculum ensures that students receive industry-standard education and credentials.

 

RTI Compliance
This program fulfills the Related Technical Instruction (RTI) requirements set by the Delaware Department of Labor (DOL) for apprenticeship. The RTI classes offer systematic instruction designed to provide apprentices with the theoretical and technical knowledge essential to their occupation.
