Early Childcare and Education

The Early Child Care and Education program includes Training for Early Care & Education I (TECE I) and Training for Early Care & Education II (TECE II), utilizing the curriculum developed by Delaware First. Participants will engage in program visits, complete outside readings, and assignments that contribute to the development of a professional portfolio. The program focuses on developing effective teaching strategies and reflective practices for working with young children.
